It’s a chance to process and express your emotions, as well as explore different parts of yourself. It’s a time to learn more about how your history, relationships and patterns inform who you are. It’s a moment to discover your strengths and resilience, confront whatever is keeping you stuck, and take steps forward. As your therapist, it’s my job to provide a safe and supportive space, while guiding you through this exploration and growth.
