I work with children, adolescents, families and adults. I treat clients with depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and self-esteem issues. I provide assertiveness education, help family members affected by drug and/or alcohol abuse, assist with parenting skills and stress management. My therapeutic style is a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), relaxation/meditation strategies, the mind-body connection, psycho-educational and supportive therapy.
