I am certified in EMDR, Brainspotting, and the Eagala model of equine assisted psychotherapy, and I offer expertise in helping clients work through dissociation, anxiety, depression, avoidance, feeling frozen or blocked, and trauma. In addition, I work in performance enhancement, and help clients build on strengths and resiliences. I offer both in person and telehealth services including individual sessions, intensives, and workshops. I am a Specialty Workshop Provider and Consultant for both EMDRIA and Brainspotting, and I developed EquiAttune: the integration of Brainspotting with Equine Assisted Services. Additionally, I integrate somatic and parts work to assist processing issues and blocks, move towards regulation, and enhance performance. I provide telehealth, in-person sessions, and intensives.
