My work over the last 30 years helps individuals, children, couples, and parents. I strive to create a relaxed, compassionate, non judgemental atmosphere. I view therapy as a collaborative effort that promotes personal growth in a caring and supportive manner by trying to manage each persons individual issues, maximize strengths in order to improve daily life, gain independence, and find happiness within themselves and their life. Through a therapeutic relationship and supportive interaction, we work to improve your reactions and relationships as well as helping transition people into different phases of their life stages.
