About
You may come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or searching. Over time, we can deepen the study of our lives which can provide insight and relief from psychic pain, revealing greater capacity to live with more passion, creativity, and aliveness. My approach to individual and relationship therapy is psychodynamically and psychanalytically informed, meaning I work with people to unearth the hidden roots of their decisions and struggles. In our work together, we will begin to make meaning of past and present experiences and expand understanding of self so that you may feel more alive and connected to the world around you. View 9 Photos Social injustice and political violence are deeply alienating forces that sever our relationships to our world, our communities, and ourselves. Restoring these relationships—particularly after or amidst abuse and harm—is complicated, lifelong work. I ground my work in anti-oppressive, anti-carceral practices, and approach therapy as a collaborative process
