My ideal client would be someone who is motivated, insightful and would like to work on past or present trauma and how that might impact their daily functioning. They may be struggling with relationships, depression, anxiety or need a sense of safety and consistency. They would like to improve their daily functioning so they can work on their personal goals, whatever they may be. They would like to be as present in daily life as possible and be able to understand when they may be triggered by past or present trauma, along with how to navigate these triggers.
