With 25 years of experience counseling adults, teens and children, I have a broad range of training and experience. I currently specialize in areas such as perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, substance use disorder, life transitions, and chronic health conditions. For 15 years, I owned and managed a private practice, providing in-home counseling to pregnant women, young children, and families facing significant stressors and lacking positive social and parenting support.
