As a Certified EMDR Therapist and Somatic Practitioner, I have extensive experience working with adults and children who have lived through trauma. Unprocessed trauma is stored in the body and manifests as the patterns of thought and behavior which influences everything, for expample, how we navigate relationships, make decisions, our habits and our overall life satisfaction. Together, these two modalities allow for the healing of mind, body and spirit. I help individuals identify and shift limiting beliefs, change unhealthy behaviors, release stored trauma and develop needed skills that will support them throughout life.
