I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has over 15 years of experience working with adults, children and adolescents. I provide culturally competent therapy; which involves having the awareness, knowledge, and skills to effectively and respectfully engage with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, recognizing and valuing their unique experiences and perspectives. My approach with each client is rooted in empathy, compassion, and non-judgment. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where my clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and feelings. Partnering with you on a journey to healing can provide emotional support, self-understanding, coping strategies, personal growth and mental health management. Over the years, I've helped people develop and implement healthy lifestyles that have led them to become stronger, happier, more resilient individuals.
