I provide a safe, supportive environment and assist you with whatever struggles you may be experiencing; whether its help in problem solving, changing belief systems, working through pain and/or developing new tools/strategies to manage the challenges of life. My passion is to support you during this journey of self-awareness and emotional healing, as you improve your quality of life. I am trained in EMDR therapy, Clinical Hypnosis, Sensorimotor Therapy (level 1) and as a clinical trauma professional.
