My approach is rooted in empathy, creativity, and connection. I use hands-on interventions and practices to help my clients process difficult emotions in a way that feels safe and accessible. I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood. I believe healing begins when we feel safe enough to share our stories.
