Trauma and difficult life circumstances have a way of disconnecting us from our best selves, or even a version of ourselves that we used to know. Trauma work can be about reconnecting to who you are, and learning who you are after what happened. I take a person-centered and strengths-based approach to guide you in learning how to put the pieces back together. I believe that you are your own best healer, which is why our journey together is thoughtfully personalized to you. As a Dine (Navajo) woman, I understand how important it is to maintain respect for culturally-affirming care and ancestral knowledge. I am passionate about blending Western evidenced-based interventions with indigenous ways of healing.
