Counseling can be a challenging yet life-changing process of exploration, discovery, and healing. My hope and intention is create a warm, comfortable and safe environment that meets your needs for change, support, growth, and/or healing. I am experienced in trauma, including religious and sexual trauma, grief/loss, anxiety, ADHD, and self-harm. I work with adolescents, adults and couples, and adopt a thoughtful, trauma-informed approach with clients. I have also received specialized training in EMDR therapy.
