Everyone deserves to have a safe space and someone consistent whom they can rely on during some of life’s most challenging moments. I believe that creating a strong therapeutic bond is vital for the success of therapy, but it also takes finding the right fit! I strive to create a comfortable, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients. I utilize a client-centered approach that allows myself and each client the opportunity to tailor the therapy to meet their specific goals. I hope for all of my clients to feel empowered through finding their strengths so that they have the opportunity to reach their goals and greatest potential!
