I believe the therapeutic experience should be one of finding clarity, feeling heard, and being empowered. Therapy should not be a place where you are told you are broken and need to be fixed. I’ll encourage your own curiosity and non-judgement, even (especially) toward the things that you might not like about yourself. I am also honored to work alongside my clients as they work to discover ways to look at themselves through a lens of compassion and love in order to provide freedom to just BE. Come as you are.
