Or maybe it's the opposite: you want life to shift, but do not know how to change patterns or relationships that do not work anymore. I hear you! Life can be quite messy and stressful, and sometimes we need a little help. As a therapist, my great passion is to create space for people who are overwhelmed by life and help them find safety, get unstuck and live authentically. I am a queer, cisgender therapist who has experienced episodes of mental unwellness.
