I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor. I have an eclectic approach to therapy, as I don't believe that one size fits all. My approach in therapy sessions is a client-centered theoretical approach in order to make sure the client(s) feels heard. I also use CBT and DBT amongst other methods during sessions.
