My name is Carla & I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who graduated with my Masters in Social Work in 2008. I am originally from Florida, now living & practicing in Arkansas. I enjoy working with adults who are facing difficult life callenges including: grief, stress, work/life balance, self acceptance & health issues. I enjoy a teamwork focused approach with my client's to best meet their needs. Seeking therapy is never an easy choice, I hope to make the choice as painless & helpful as possible. I have experience using Motivational Interviewing (MI) where I apply techniques to assist people with barriers in thier lives. I've been trained in Trauma Informed Care (TIC) since 2020 & utalize TIC techniques in everyday therapy sessions. I'm a trained Palliave Care Social Worker, with 3 years experience working with death, dying & berevement.
