I work with individuals, couples and families seeking change. You may be challenged by anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, difficulties in relationships or the stressors of life transitions, such as divorce or changes in your career. Like all transitions, moving through stages of adolescence, into college and onto adulthood can bring stress, uncertainty and confusion but also tremendous growth. Our work together will seek to promote self-awareness and desired change.
