About
If you're new to therapy or not, allow me to assist you through life's challenging moments in a collaborative and nonjudgemental environment. I am a compassionate person who strives to be completely present and engaged during sessions as I want my clients to feel heard and deeply understood. I believe we all have the potential to better ourselves and that personal growth occurs through exploring our strengths as well as the root sources of our issues that can cause us to repeat patterns and get stuck. My approach is person-centered which includes gentle questioning, a supportive perspective and a dose of humor amidst it all. View 4 Photos I am trauma informed and believe that mental health challenges are based on what has happened to us versus what is wrong with us. Being a former educator, I have years of experience working with children and families regarding parenting and academic challenges. I am trained in ADHD and how it affects individuals and couples.
