I sit with couples who want to figure out how to trust each other again, teens who feel unsure about who they are or what they believe, and women who are tired of staying quiet when they really want to speak up. Most just want a safe place to sort through the hard stuff, be honest without judgment, and feel like change is possible. My role is to listen, to offer perspective, and to give you tools you can actually use in everyday life—not just in the therapy room.
