About

I became a counselor because I wanted to be what I once needed—a safe space with depth, soul, and no judgment. Before private practice, I worked in crisis stabilization, where I learned that people don’t need fixing—they need to be felt. I specialize in working with high-achieving adults who seem “fine” on the outside but feel unseen, exhausted, and disconnected inside. Many of my clients carry the invisible weight of microaggressions, people-pleasing, and the constant pressure to shrink to make others comfortable. In my sessions, we drop the mask. We unpack the suitcases that keep you stuck in unproductive cycles and loops.
