I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a passion for helping people feel truly seen, heard, supported and I’ve dedicated my career to walking alongside individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and build the lives they want. My approach is rooted in Person-Centered and Solution-Focused therapy. That means therapy with me is a collaborative space, where we work together to identify what’s getting in the way, and build practical tools to move forward. I’m especially focused on helping clients explore how relationships, environments, and systems shape their lives and how to advocate for themselves within them.
