I work with children, adolescents, and young adults who are looking to make a change with everyday obstacles, along with their families who are looking for support. The first step to growth and change is having a sense of understanding and awareness. Whether you are facing challenges with anxiety, major life transitions, difficulty navigating social situations & relationships, or just want to increase your positive coping strategies. My role is to let you know that you are not alone. We will work together to understand the challenges in your life and find ways to bring about the changes you are seeking. I earned my Masters of Social Work from Michigan State University and completed my undergraduate studies at Central Michigan University. I have an extensive background working with children in the school setting and can help to provide families guidance on navigating support within the school systems as well.
