As an LPCC, I bring a deeply empathetic and holistic approach to the healing process. My work is rooted in person-centered, and cognitive-behavioral therapies, allowing me to empower my clients to move forward toward where they hope to be. I am focused on supporting individuals and families navigating trauma, grief, relationship distress, anxiety and life transitions. Using the Gottman method for couples, along with trauma informed techniques such as EMDR, somatic yoga, breath work and meditation to support clients recovery. I believe healing comes from truly being heard. I am hear to listen in a place that honors you.
