I thrive in collaborating with adolescents through adults in realizing their potential and identifying their true inner self. I assist clients through the stress and uncertainty of life transitions through college, career, parenthood and retirement. I work with individuals and couples to navigate relationship challenges by enhancing communication and assisting in conflict resolution. I support women in balancing multiple roles and responsibilities. I hold safe space for LGBTQIA+ in self actualizing identity and working through finding support and asserting needs. Together, we will discover assertive communication, healthy boundaries, self worth and confidence, and realization of wants and needs. I utilize a strengths-based perspective, where I believe you know yourself best. I am compassionate, yet direct. I am motivational, energetic and sometimes humorous ;) I am relational, personal and skills based.
