I provide child, adolescent and adult therapy as well as parent support for families navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, and major life transitions. I work with children, adolescents, and adults to promote understanding, emotional growth, and confidence during difficult seasons for both individuals and families. My office is a warm, welcoming space where children feel safe to express themselves and parents feel supported and informed. Caregiver involvement is an important part of effective child therapy, and I collaborate with parents to provide guidance, education, and practical tools that can be used at home and in daily life.
