The simple truth is that we as people carry the experiences we’ve had along with us throughout our lives. You may be carrying deep sadness, anxiety, or the weight of a major life change and it can be exhausting to face it alone. The weight of these experiences, often made more painful by external pressures, can be isolating and may reactivate old wounds that never seem to fully heal.
