I provide individual services, mental health therapy, family therapy, parent support, and comprehensive case management services in English and Spanish, including primary health and social services referrals if needed. In our sessions, we can address a wide range of issues such as anxiety, blended family issues, trauma, loss, communication, identity development, sexual concerns, and relationship stress. I believe in providing a safe environment where people feel comfortable to openly ask intimate questions to a professional in the field while getting answers without shame, guilt, or fear of being judged.
