Hi! I'm a Licensed Certified Social Work Clinician (LCSW-C) based in Maryland. I received my Masters from the University of Maryland and have been practicing for 16 years. I help adolescents, adults, families and couples managing emotional discourse and distress impacting their ability to function at their highest healthiest potential. I am also certified as a certified clinical trauma practitioner with expertise in various treatment modalities such as CPT, CBT, EMDR, and ACT therapies. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, orientation into the therapeutic process by discussing goals and expectations; then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help us create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
