I work with young adults, adults, and couples, and I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I also draw from other evidence-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring my approach to each client’s unique needs. I have post-graduate training in CBT, Transformative Chairwork, and Trial-Based Cognitive Therapy, and I specialize in treating OCD, social anxiety, other anxiety disorders, ADHD, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
