Hello, I’m Dr. Carly Mayer, a licensed psychologist with extensive experience working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, stress, and major life transitions. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel understood, explore what’s holding you back, and build the tools and insight needed to move forward with greater clarity and confidence. Over the years, I’ve worked in a wide range of clinical settings—including university counseling centers, inpatient and outpatient programs, skilled nursing facilities, and community behavioral health organizations.
