My ideal client is someone that realizes that they may be stuck. Being stuck is just a normal part of the human experience and at many times and junctures in our lives we all loose our momentum. A great therapist can nudge us forward and remind us of our own strengths that we can rely on to start moving and growing again. We all need a nudge sometimes and realizing that we all deserve to work on our selves in a way that helps us inform our choices, reactions and power is just the steadying power we all need.
