Hi! I'm a licensed therapist in MA and RI who enjoys helping people navigate anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. I often helps people feel less "stuck", identify goals, work on communication and boundaries, and work on living a more balanced life. My goal is to help you be and feel like the best version of you. I uses an eclectic approach, pulling from CBT, DBT, solution focused, and holistic therapies. My priority is an empowering, strengths-based approach that focuses on helping clients face challenges with confidence. I have a special interest in working with females 15+ on navigating women's issues such as: dating, being single, friendships, family dynamics, motherhood, assertiveness, "life balance" and self confidence.
