Aloha! I believe therapy is transformation. We enter therapy because we want something in our lives to change. Often that change begins with changing our relationship with ourselves. How we talk to ourselves, think about ourselves, treat and understand ourselves. I work to help you deepen your compassion for yourself, deepen your respect for traumas you have survived and grow your awareness of your unique gifts, strengths and purpose. As a Brainspotting Consultant, I'm also passionate about assisting others in becoming certified in Brainspotting.
