About

I am an individual and couples therapist, ecotherapist, life coach, trauma-sensitive yoga teacher and therapeutic/social theatre facilitator. I integrate talk therapy methods with somatic, spiritual, experiential and earth-based approaches to support survivors of trauma, BIPoC, queer and trans folks, social justice activists, spiritual seekers, immigrants, and people in BDSM and polyamorous communities. I most love supporting people who want a holistic mind-body-spirit approach to heal from wounds that get in the way of being their most liberated authentic self. All of my work is rooted in anti-oppressive and liberatory frameworks. My approach is compassionately fierce. I use deep empathy and accountability to help individuals to see that all parts of themselves are benevolent and help couples (or polycules) understand how all behaviors in relationships (no matter how challenging they may be) make sense given one’s upbringing and life experiences (and how to relate more securely).
