I specialize in story-informed therapy, working with teens (13+) and adults. Together, we walk through your story and see how your past shows up in your present. We look at when certain habits or beliefs began, how they may have helped you survive or adapt, and how they might be showing up in ways that no longer serve you. This isn’t about making excuses for the past. It’s about understanding it.
