I have always been interested in the area of human behavior and mental health. As a young child, I oftentimes witnessed my youngest brother struggle mentally and emotionally throughout his young life. Feeling powerless at that time to help in any effective way, I made it my life’s goal to educate myself in psychotherapy and behavioral health. Now, 13 years later, I use my knowledge and understanding to help those who cope with mental find balance and consistency in their daily lives.
