First and foremost, I’m not the therapist for everyone. I don’t dwell on the past, assign blame, or encourage a victim mentality. Everyone carries some form of trauma, but my focus is on moving forward — taking back control rather than giving past experiences the power to have a negative impact on you. In our work together, we’ll be authentic. You can vent, swear, cry, whatever it takes. But most importantly, we’ll strategize. If you’re ready to identify what’s holding you back and take actionable steps to conquer it, I’m your guy. As a veteran, I understand the challenges faced by military personnel and first responders. I specialize in trauma, substance use disorders, anger management, anxiety, early adulthood transitions, and self-improvement through exercise. I also work with teens struggling at home or school and anyone looking to become more functional than when they walked in.
