My practice is dedicated to making clients feel relaxed so that they are comfortable talking about their feelings and understand that they are being heard and validated. My office is in a quiet setting unlike a doctors office and we often take walks in abutting bogs with my therapy dog Lulu an English lab. My goal is to work with the client to establish an individualized treatment plan with their specific goals and timeline considered and provide strategies and coping skills they can utilize in the future
