Hi! I'm Carol Brusca, a licensed Marriage and Family therapist and Trauma specialist. I have extensive experience working with trauma, Vicarious Trauma and helping individuals create wellness in their lives. My approach to therapy is to help individuals find out why they are stuck and coming up with strategies to help them move forwards. I typically work with adult individuals and couples. The most common types of concerns I see are Trauma, anxiety, adjustment disorders, depression, school related concerns and individuals who are sorting through how to increase the quality of their lives.
