My therapeutic approach is for someone who struggles being stuck but is tired of past failures, events, etc., and feels like they really want to fix the problems in their individual life and/or in their relationships. Emotionally Focused Therapy training allows for a deep resolution to individual, couple and family issues. I am an EFT Therapist/Supervisor licensed in the states of Arizona, Utah and New Mexico. I am passionate about helping people resolve the ROOT of their issues not only the symptoms. EFT is incredible at really resolving relationship challenges like affairs, children challenges, and just being disconnected.
