You’re caught between embarrassment and the private grief of missing the person you were involved with. You may be worried about your reputation, and anxious about facing what comes next. And of course, life hasn’t paused. I work with women navigating the emotional aftermath of their affair who need a space to talk things through, understand themselves more clearly, and figure out how to move forward when going back to “before” isn’t possible.
