I have extensive experience working with foster and adoptive families, including having completed a two-year internship at New Alternatives for Children and training in an evidence-based treatment approach for children with attachment disorders. During this time, I worked with children, teens, adults, and couples who struggled with concerns such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship issues, intimacy, and women's issues. I collaborate with my clients to work toward goals that are often focused on finding balance, contentment, and fulfillment in their daily lives.
