Hi there, my name is Carol Ann Grigsby-Smith, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My approach to therapy is holistic and integrative. I blend elements of CBT, Mindfulness based approaches which are Client Centered where my patients feel heard and understood. Utilizing and Integrated Care approach includes taking a look at the problem both inward and outward. We all experience stressful things in life, and when there is just too many stressors creating an imbalance it can be difficult to have kindness to ourselves.
