My ideal client is someone who wants to make positive changes. They are motivated to work with the therapist to identify problems, are willing to consider new approaches, and are willing to believe that they can solve problems, enrich relationships, and improve their lives. People often come to therapy when old ways of problem solving are not working for them when faced with a current problem. I work closely with clients facing challenges including but not limited to: Anxiety, Depression, Postpartum Depression, Relationships, Parenting, Medical Issues, Caregivers, as well as ADHD (school/work related).
