I specialize in the area of Trauma, which is an extraordinarily stressful event or events that shatters your sense of security, making you feel helpless and vulnerable. My experience has enabled me to work with clients that have symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, depression, stress and many other emotional and physical responses. It is important to develop a collaborative relationship with the clients I serve and create an environment that provides support. My focus is first on relieving the symptoms and then addressing the distressing or traumatic events.
