I have an emphasis on mindfulness-based practices, cognitive behavioral therapy, CBT for SUDS and depression, acceptance and commitment therapy ACT, problem solving therapy, and DBT. I am certified in heart rate variability HRT. I can also offer CBT for pain management. In the treatment of behavioral health disorders I promote exercise, healthy diet and engagement with the world.
