I provide psychotherapy for women, couples and adolescents. Having practiced psychology for over 25 years I have a warm interactive style of therapy. My goal is to help you overcome difficulties in your life and to help you have more satisfying relationships. We do this in the context of honesty and kindness. I use different therapeutic styles (cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, behavioral) depending on what works best for you. I am experienced with all of these modalities. Certainly, it is a privilege for me to walk alongside my clients as they get to the other side of the difficulties that life offers us all.
