You may be blocked or feeling helpless, stuck or at a loss for how to cope. You may be unsure where to begin or how to continue in your journey with more joy, meaning and purpose. I focus on your strengths and believe in the inherent wisdom each person has. I combine my life experience and clinical training. My specialties include helping people to navigate grief, PTSD, trauma, anxiety, life transitions, problematic substance use, depression, and spiritual conflicts. I will journey with you nonjudgmentally to help you identify and work on your goals. I will model, facilitate, and help you discover new ways of coping, and behaving. My training includes 2 Masters Degrees - Social Work and Theology. I have certifications in Dialectical Behavior Therapy ( DBT) from the Linehan Institute, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) from BU School of Social Work, CBTI for insomnia (CBT I) and Motivational Interviewing (MI ). I am deeply concerned with Justice issues and Ethics.
